General Refunds & Returns

Eligibility
To process a return, you must provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation email with order number). Please contact us at support@shopnutura.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange before shipping the item back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund (approved or rejected). If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@shopnutura.com. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. We rely on carrier timestamps and delivery confirmation to review claims.

How It Works

  • You have 30 nights from the date of delivery to try the pillow.

  • If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@shopnutura.com with your order number to begin the return process.

Important Conditions

  • The pillow must be given 48 hours to fully expand after unboxing before use or refund eligibility.

  • Refund requests will not be approved for the following reasons:

    • “Flat pillow” complaints made before the 48-hour expansion period.

    • Dissatisfaction with pillowcases feeling warm or “hot.”

    • Requests due to personal preference after use of included extra filling or additional pillowcases.

Return Shipping
As with all returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days from approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, email us at support@shopnutura.com and we will assist you.
