General Store Policy (All Products)

No Physical Returns

Due to the nature of our personal-care and comfort products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns once an item is opened or delivered. This ensures every customer receives a brand-new product.

If You’re Not Satisfied

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact support@shopnutura.com within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Replacement for defective or damaged items (with proof)

Our goal is to take care of you while maintaining product safety and hygiene.


Special 60-Night Comfort Guarantee — The Belly Cloud™ Only

The Belly Cloud™ Pregnancy Pillow includes a 60-Night Comfort Guarantee. Try it for up to 60 nights. If you don’t love it, we’ll work with you to find a solution — no return required.

Guarantee Conditions

  • Allow 48 hours for the pillow to fully expand before use.
  • Try the pillow for at least 14 nights.
  • Contact us within 60 days of delivery.

Not eligible if:

  • “Flat pillow” claims are made before the 48-hour expansion period.
  • The pillow or cover shows damage, stains, odors, heavy wear, or pet hair.
  • Personal modifications were made (e.g., added third-party filling/covers).

For hygiene reasons associated with pregnancy products, returns are not accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video at support@shopnutura.com. We will send a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds or credits typically process within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Proof of Purchase

Please retain your order number and order confirmation email; these are required for all refund or guarantee requests.
