At Nutura Shop, everything we make is designed to support you during a deeply personal season of life. We know comfort matters — and so does trust. This policy is here to be clear, fair, and supportive, while protecting the health and safety of every mother we serve.


A Note About Returns & Hygiene

Because our products are designed for pregnancy, sleep, and close body contact, we’re unable to accept physical returns once an item has been delivered.

This isn’t about being strict — it’s about hygiene, safety, and care. We never resell returned pillows or sleep products, and we want every mom to receive something that’s completely new and untouched.


If Something Doesn’t Feel Right

If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at
support@shopnutura.com within 30 days of delivery.

For sanitary items (including pillows and sleep products), no return shipment is required.

Depending on your situation, we may offer:

  • A refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% fulfillment & care fee

  • Store credit

  • A replacement if the item arrived damaged or defective (with proof)


Why the 30% Fulfillment & Care Fee Exists

Our products require careful handling and cannot be resold once shipped. The fulfillment & care fee helps cover:

  • Fair wages for the warehouse and fulfillment teams who carefully pack each order

  • Packaging, shipping, and handling costs

  • Payment processing fees

  • Responsible disposal or donation of non-returnable items

This allows us to operate equitably and sustainably — while still standing behind our products.


Belly Cloud™ 30-Night Comfort Guarantee

The Belly Cloud™ Pregnancy Pillow includes a 30-Night Comfort Guarantee.

We truly want it to help you rest better. Try it at home for up to 30 nights. If it’s not the right fit for your body or sleep style, we’ll work with you to find the best possible outcome — no physical return required.


Before Reaching Out About a Flat Pillow

Our pillows are compressed for shipping and need time (and sometimes a little fluffing!) to reach their full shape.

Before contacting us about a flat or under-filled pillow, please:

  • Allow 48 hours for full expansion after opening

  • If it still feels flat, place the pillow in the dryer for 10–15 minutes on low heat

  • Add 2–3 tennis balls or dryer balls to help redistribute and fluff the filling

This step resolves most comfort concerns and is required before a refund or guarantee request related to pillow fullness.


What We May Offer Under the Guarantee

  • Extra pillow fill for additional support

  • Gentle comfort and sleep guidance

  • A refund (minus the 30% fulfillment & care fee)

  • Store credit

  • Replacement pillowcase (case-by-case)


Comfort Guarantee Conditions

To qualify for the 30-Night Comfort Guarantee:

  • Allow 48 hours for the pillow to fully expand

  • Complete the dryer fluffing step above if the pillow feels flat

  • Try the pillow for at least 14 nights

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

The guarantee does not apply if:

  • Flat pillow concerns are reported before the expansion and dryer steps are completed

  • The pillow or cover shows damage, stains, odors, heavy wear, or pet hair

  • The product has been modified with third-party materials or covers

For hygiene and safety reasons related to pregnancy and sleep products, physical returns are not accepted.


Digital Products (Final Sale)

All digital products, downloads, guides, courses, and virtual content are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once accessed or delivered.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email
support@shopnutura.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video.

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
No fulfillment & care fee applies in these cases.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds or credits are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Proof of Purchase

Please keep your order number and confirmation email. These are required for all refund and guarantee requests.
